There is no clear-cut way explained by him or any other author on how to use sex energy because there is no method to do it. Mind does it automatically. Just like your subconscious mind is bringing every single experience in your life, just like it is regulating your heartbeat and doing all the background work for your body, it will utilize your sex energy automatically to manifest whatever you want.
Manifestation and Intent
Sex energy literally will manifest money for you if this is what you want from your subconscious mind. But you must train your subconscious mind on money consciousness and prosperity. Just like any manifestation: visualize, see it already in your possession, feel it as though it is a present fact, live your life in this new conception of yourself that is rich and free, and your mind will do the rest. Semen retention will make this process much faster. It is like a manifestation accelerator.
The very word “transmutation” means to change the nature of one thing into another, or energy conversion. So if you don’t use your sex energy, you can transmute it into any creative endeavor. I utilize it for writing, and words just flood through me like a divine power is doing the writing and I am just observing—just a tool. This is what it means to be in flow, to let the infinite intelligence do your work for you. But it is impossible to do without the mindset shift.
Semen is the most powerful fuel in your possession. You can waste it or use it like a manifestation rocket. I use it for writing, you can use it for music, for work, for anything you are passionate about, but you must make this intention to use it. And once your conscious mind accepts it, it will be transferred to the subconscious, and from there it is all automatic.
Anything in life is the result of your consciousness about it. So if you think that semen retention will get you nothing, then that’s what you will get. But if you make a deliberate intention that “I will use my sex energy to amass money,” and you actually believe it, then that’s what will happen. Same with attracting ladies or getting an amazing body.
